Caprese Stuffed Avocado

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted

1 medium tomato, diced

Fresh mozzarella cheese, diced

Fresh basil leaves, chopped

Balsamic glaze (optional)

Olive oil, for drizzling

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Scoop out a bit of the avocado flesh to create a small well in each half.

Fill the avocado halves with diced tomato, mozzarella, and fresh basil.

Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic glaze (if desired), and season with salt and pepper.
