One-Pan Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp and Asparagus

Ingredients:

6-8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

6-8 fresh asparagus spears, trimmed

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

Juice of half a lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add shrimp and asparagus to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn pink and the asparagus is tender.

Squeeze lemon juice over the top, stir, and serve hot.
